Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
How it works:
Jana from That Artsy Girl assigns each Tuesday a topic and then posts her top ten list that fits that topic. Anybody is welcome to join and create their own top ten (or 2, 5, 20, etc.) list as well. You can put a unique spin on the topic to make it work for you!
Today’s Topic:
Book Covers That Feel Like Summer
Here is my list (in no particular order):
1 The Unhoneymooners by Christina Lauren

2 Malibu Rising and Carrie Soto Is Back by Taylor Jenkins Reid

3 He Started It by Samantha Downing- anyone said it only had to be romance? try this unforgettable road trip with the most dysfunctional family ever

4 Written For You by Robin Bielman

Wish I had more time to read and write. Your posts brighten my day as I just returned from vacation where my husband fell and fractured his shoulder, my life has been turned upside down.

Thank you, Claudia! I’m so sorry to hear about your husband’s shoulder- is he still in a lot of pain? I can’t even begin to imagine how difficult simple, routine tasks become when you have a plaster cast.

You are so right. The pain is less and he’s regaining his strength.

Such a great summery list, Toni. I definitely get vibes here. I read and loved both of the Mariah Stewart books and can’t wait for the next one in the series. Both The Trish Doller books are in my favourite reads this year, and Nina Hill was wonderful. Both The Bodyguard and Unhoneymooners made me laugh and smile. He Started it was just so/so for me. Wow, I can’t believe I have read 7 of these books.
