What I read / listened to last week:
Gemina ( The Illuminae Files #2) by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff -another great buddy read with Yesha. We were both blown away by some of the twists in the book and the non-stop fast action in this YA sci-fi bestseller- Can’t wait to start the sequel!
Villa of Second Chances by Jennifer Bohnet

I read WISHTREE, by Katherine Applegate last week and finished SALT TO THE SEA, by Rita Sepetys, and also finished CALL US WHAT WE CARRY, by Amanda Gorman.

I read WISHTREE for craft purposes (it’s first person POV from the tree) and it was good. Amanda Gorman’s poetry is impressive and accessible.
Ruta Sepetys is AMAZING! I’m planning to read something else by her soon.

Just started the forthcoming Daniel Pitt mystery by Anne Perry. Also Lessons in Chemistry.
